Choose the right pathway for your role

You can complete the pathways in any order. However, you may find it helpful to do the introduction module first to support your understanding of the training.

For all levels of practitioner. This module provides information about the four capabilities (4Cs) essential to understanding and engaging with each pathway.

Available leadership capability pathways

The pathways are each divided into the four capabilities (4Cs). Each capability will take 20 to 30 minutes to complete. You can study one or more of them at a time, or complete a whole pathway if you prefer.

Pathway 1

For practice supervisors or those in equivalent roles.

Pathway 2

For team managers, aspiring team managers and equivalent roles.

Pathway 3

For heads of service, and middle managers looking to be a head of service.

Pathway 4

For practice leaders and heads of practice looking to be a practice leader.
